Mr. Tucker has over thirty years experience in executive software and computer center management.  He has been a first line supervisor and a data center technical director.  He has been back-up/recovery and contingency planner as a technician responsible for database management and on-line  systems and as a manager including director of a U.S. Army computer center in Germany.  He has a bachelor's degree in mathematics with graduate studies in computer science.  He has conducted seminars in computer center management and taught university courses in computer science.
